So here’s what I learned as I reflect over career lessons for 2018. That most of us, are measuring the idea of success with a faulty ruler. That many of us are focusing our career efforts on what I like to describe as, spending 100% of our time on 10% of who we are. I’m declaring that PEACE IS THE NEW SUCCESS. Did you know that psychiatrist official figures show that women aged 25-54 are more stressed than their male colleagues, with this pressure peaking for those aged 35-44, when many women are juggling family responsibilities, such as caring for children and elderly parents.I know, social media and peer comparison will have you thinking differently… but your timeline is lying people aren’t, in fact, living ”their best life”. Listen, time and your energy really do = mental, spiritual and professional wealth. So over the next 120 days forward I’m committed to better aligning to the things that bring peace vs stress. So tell me, what will you be saying ”no” to, and ”yes” to more? #careergoals #careeradvice #motivationmonday #stress #peace . . . Face beat💄@mua.treason
