Secrets of Six-Figure Women: Surprising Strategies to Up Your Earnings and Change Your Life by Barbara Stanny
I had a chance to read this book about 2 years ago and it really opened by eyes to how much money women leave on the table in a number of different areas. It also helped me to negotiate a higher salary at my current company.
Currently, over fifteen million women make $100,000 or more, and the number continues to rise at a rate faster then for men. And these women come from every industry – psychologists, dot com founders, consultants, freelance writers, and even part-timers.
What makes these particular women able to do so well in the workplace? I have not had the opportunity to read this book but seriously EVERY woman I know who has read You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero can not stop ranting and raving about how great this book is.

I love a good business book, but this book is more than “business as usual”. This is actually a book I listened to on Audible. The E-Myth totally changed how I viewed my business, my management style and helped me to understand the importance of people and processes. It is a must read for any side-hustler or entrepreneur.

Once you learn the difference between working on your business vs. in your business you have to understand how to properly manage your revenue and expenses. Profit First by Mike Michalowicz totally changes the game on what you thought you knew about financially running a business. I urge you to read this BEFORE you launching a business. If you already run a business and are finding a hard time turning a profit, this book is definitely for you.
