Your main responsibility will be writing killer headlines, high-converting landing pages, and emails that bring go-getters into our world and inspire them to join our flagship programs like B-School, The Copy Cure, and Time Genius. You must have experience writing clean, personality-driven marketing materials that convert.

What You’ll be Doing In this Role:
- Writing weekly blog posts, emails, and headlines for every new episode of MarieTV
- Writing sales copy for new programs, products, and lead magnets that convert. You’ll bring our brand’s unique, playful voice to landing pages with the goal of increasing conversions
- Refreshing and optimizing existing landing pages
- Creating new email sequences that help our community and showcase the value of our work, so subscribers are eager to become customers
- Brainstorming and creating ideas for high-value opt-ins and lead magnets
- Ideating, building, and updating content for webinars, challenges, and content upgrades that bring value to our community and strengthen our sales funnels
- Providing copy support for existing and new training programs, ensuring our offerings are always up-to-date, relevant, and the absolute best they can be
- Collaborating with our tight-knit writing team to make progress on projects that are meaningful for both our community and our company, pitching in wherever needed

- You’re a pro at writing enticing headlines and email subject lines that result in high open rates, and you can share specific examples where you nailed it
- It feels natural to write in a fun, conversational, emotional, relatable voice, and you have screenshots to prove it (and you’re happy to share them, along with examples of your work)
- You’re comfortable ghostwriting in someone else’s voice
- Optimization feels like a fun challenge — you get a kick out of spicing up landing pages and email sequences, then tweaking the heck out of them to see results
- You have a sense of humor and bring it to your writing

Necessary Skills:
- 5+ years relevant work experience and you’re located the continental United States
- You bring at least two years of experience writing landing pages, sales pages, and email funnels that are effective in converting customers
- You bring expertise in split-testing marketing copy and building on those results (not mandatory, but a plus)
- You’ve read our book, Everything is Figureoutable
- You’ve taken B-School, Time Genius or The Copy Cure (not mandatory, but a plus)
- Your experience includes working for a successful company or leader in the online world (not mandatory, but a plus)
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability
- Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Attention to detail
- Experience working remotely preferred
