In the last 90 days, you witnessed an insurrection, managed through the ongoing pandemic and experienced the continued impact of racial violence against people of color. It’s no wonder that when many of us look around, all feels pretty lost. And yet, we still have hope.
As we continue to navigate our lives through the chaos, it may be hard to envision a new quarter with positivity and hopefulness; and that’s okay. We at Boss Women Media encourage all our readers to sit with their feelings and process accordingly. Unpack the difficulty that has been 2020 and 2021 knowing that we are here for you. We want to do our part to help inspire a better way for our society to center the voices of women, investing in our business and creating pathways for our growth and advancement in the workplace.
