Being an influential Black woman is one thing– being an influential Black woman in Corporate America is another! Studies show that many Black women are underrepresented in Corporate America and experience the greatest challenges. With Black women earning more college degrees than men for thirty years and counting and tend to be more ambitious and entrepreneurial– these discrepancies simply don’t add up.
