Stay completely connected to the task you have at hand and make the absolute most of it. Whether it’s an activity that you don’t fully enjoy, but know it’s for your own good (working out), find a way to embrace it and put forth your maximum effort and all into it.
Be better than average
If you had the option to decide on whether to be average or excellent in all that you do, what would you choose? Being average is simply selling yourself short, and settling. Why do that when you can be excellent in all that you do! Performing at a mediocre standard may get the job done, but it doesn’t excel you to higher heights.

This has become something that many of us do not engage in enough. When you’re driving new heights and knocking things off of your to-do list in life—it should be celebrated!
